Booking Policy

Welcome to Greenland Hotel & Suites. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our booking policy outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations must be confirmed with valid guest information (name, phone number, and email address).
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or directly at our front desk.
A confirmation message or email will be sent upon successful booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
Check-out time: By 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out may be granted upon request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

3. Payment Policy

We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, POS (cards), and online payment gateways (where applicable).
A minimum deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, especially during peak periods or for group reservations.
All rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Standard Bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: One night’s room rate will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rates: These rates are discounted and cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation or no-show.

5. ID Requirement

All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., National ID, International Passport, Driver’s License) at check-in for security and verification purposes.

6. Group Bookings

For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, please contact us directly for special rates, payment terms, and cancellation conditions.

7. Children & Extra Beds

Children under 10 years stay free when using existing bedding.
Extra beds or baby cots may be available upon request at an additional charge.

8. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement.

9. Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in designated non-smoking rooms. Violation may result in a cleaning fee.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Greenland Hotel & Suites reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service to any guest displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.
