Reservations can be made online, via phone, email, or in person.
A valid government-issued ID and payment method are required at check-in.
Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm certain bookings.
All rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before check-in for standard bookings.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows will result in a charge for the first night's stay.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed or cancelled.

5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward staff, other guests, and hotel property. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who behave inappropriately, are intoxicated, or pose a risk to others.
6. Damages & Losses
Guests are financially responsible for any damage to rooms, furnishings, or equipment caused during their stay. Charges for repair or replacement will be added to the final bill.
7. Smoking & Illegal Substances
Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and indoor common areas.
Use or possession of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate eviction and reporting to law enforcement.

Visitors are permitted but must be registered at the front desk and leave by 10:00 PM.
Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval and may incur additional charges.

Complimentary parking is available for guests.
While we provide 24/7 security and CCTV coverage, guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
11. Liability
Greenland Hotel & Suites is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items unless proven to be due to negligence by our staff or facility.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Guests are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes.
